Funny you said that my wife was in the yard today and helped Lauren and I with the compressor and her comment was this thing is going to be terrible on gas! All I could say was well it's only a small block that might help lol it's going to need a bigger motor

Eric, at least you're overqualified to weld up the unneeded holes! West coast mirrors will look nice on that truck.

As nice as those doors are I'm changing all 4 of them anyway. I have nearly perfect ones I'll prime edge and install before I paint it. I also have factory tinted rear glass for it from a suburban

I just can't stand how loud they are. I do like the Duramax in my Silverado tho it's quite and gives most cars a run for there money turbo v8 dose anyone make a plug and play harness for that swap?

Nonsense. An SBC will pull that hog just fine. My dad pulled 400 cases of milk with a stove bolt 6 back in the day. A 366 BBC (long stroke, tall deck) would be cool in that thing though.
