Stereo? What do y'all have??

I have all the stock speakers and the stock AM/FM (only) unit. It's cool tho, I don't really listen to music much while I'm driving. But everything sounds great still. 8)
I have actually been considering customizing my dash in that area where the radio and heater controls are. I want to cut that portion that sticks out and houses the rasdio and heater controls and make it even with the right side of the dash.

But I don't know where to relocate my heater controls to? :?:

If you don't mind sacrificing the glove box you could put a plate behind the door and put them there, along with the stero if you wanted a totally clean look.

My '85 has an empty hole in the dash for now, which is maginally better than the AM radio in my '81.

Umm... in your sig, it says you have a 3.8 V6 with a 2.41 axle.... That's not a particularly nice sound...

Back in the day, I had 3 amps, one for front, rear, and the sub, a Pioneer 3 way in dash active crossover/equalizer, 2 ways in the dash, 3 ways in the rear, tweeters in the A/C ducts, and a big sub in the trunk. Oh yea, a "pull out" CD player with a metal handle. Hee hee. I'm looking for a nice stock Delco to put in it for that original look, cause like Ritter, I'd rather put money in the mechanical sound makers.

In the Dash, i have a Alpine CDA-9885, As well as a Planet Audio P300DVD 12v dvd player.

Up front is a set of 3.5" pioneers.
Back is a set of 4x10's, Unsure of brand. Both ran off deck with the hi and low pass filters set.

10.5" flip down from the roof, Behind my sunroof.

The trunk houses two kicker l7 12" s ran at one ohm to a HiFonics BXi 1606D.

L7's are SOLD, Due to me losing my liscense. Hifonic's amp is for sale as well.

When i start back into Car audio, Ill be going with a set of CDT 2 or 3 way componet's, Installed in the door's. They will be on a small amp, And the 4x10's will stay for now, on the rear channel's of the deck faded out, for passenger's.

When i start back onto my sub's.. It'll be Fi Audio BTL, on an Orion, or Kicker 2500D
