how is a military personnel not a type of government employee?
because, like i said, we do NOT serve the government. we serve the constitution.
here's the oath we take.
"I, _____, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. (So help me God." )
yes, we have to obey the orders of the President, and those above us in the chain of command,(UNLESS it goes against the Constitution, or if it is immoral.) but the military is NOT part of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches. but yes, our budget and orders come through them. a little confusing i know.
I already figured out why vets arent tripping randy. You dont give a damn about your body or its parts or its ashes either: you sold it to the government for service of this country.
this is judging
