It looks like it has some cargo coils to me.
Replacement upper BJ's are bolted in.Im another guy thats not sure if you have rear spacers. Cant tell without crawling under and looking but it doesnt look like it to me. In your video... you only have one pittman arm. Its on the steering box. The arm on the right side is the idler arm. One thing I saw in the second video is the swaybar link is not installed correctly at the bottom where it goes into the lower control arm. The bottom metal washer doesnt go there. There should be another rubber bushing under the control arm and that washer goes between the bushing and the head of the bolt. And the bolts need to be fairly tight.
If you start to rip the front apart you might want to have someone thats done it before help you. Balljoints will need to be pressed out on the lowers and pressed back in. Uppers are bolted. Ive bought rebuild kits from a few different places. Rockauto sells Moog parts. Those are probably everyones first choice. Ive also bought kits from PST in NJ. So far the parts havent failed. As far as pulling the front springs, it can be pretty tricky and not something I would tell a novice to attempt without help. A coil spring can hurt you if you dont know what your doing.

Original upper BJ's are riveted to the a-arm requiring drilling or cutting the rivets off first for those that are 'tool challenged'.

See if you can find complete control arms. It'll be a bit more up front, but you'll get new bushings and everything with it. And you won't have to worry about finding someone to press the old bushings out and the new ones in. You can't just take a hammer to the lowers, unfortunately.Gotcha... And spray the front end down with some degreaser before you take it apart. You'll be glad you did when you tear into it. 😉
