If my suspension was bad or failing, what symptoms would I be experiencing ?

Seems as if I have coil spacers in the rear suspension but nothing in the front...how can I raise my front suspension to level with my rear suspension ?

I would consider buying a matching set of front tires first and see what a difference that makes.
The rubbing was happening before I got the all terrain tire on...the car came with 22" Irocs that were rubbing and I thought it was because those were too big so I took them off, sold them, and put on the Rally's...didn't rub as much turning, but not much improvement on the dips and speed bumps...

235/70s are also 2 inches taller than what's supposed to be on there. Get a set of Cooper Cobra Radial GT's in 235/60-15. They're good, affordable tires that will look good on your car and work well.

As to your question, you would do best to replace everything on the front, within reason, at the same time. That means if you're doing ball joints, go ahead and do springs, shocks, and bushings. That way you don't have to do the work twice, if you just do ball joints. You'll have to pull the same parts apart to get to the springs and bushings in the future.

I like the staggered look on my Gbody's with wider tires on the rear, the first set of rims I put on my Regal were 15' x 8' all around but I had 235/60 fronts with 275/60 rears, all the tires were Cooper Cobras.
Then later I switched to 17" x 8.5" all around with 235/50 and 275/50 Nittos when I changed the look of the car.

Great information and recommendation, I figured something was too big with these tires...

And yea your right, I might as well do the whole front end...the rear suspension is fine.

Other than front tires the first thing I would do before the suspension is replace the sway bar ends links and properly install them so the sway bar will work correctly.
Can you see where your tires are rubbing and on what?

My Regal I lowered a little in the back to get it even but the front is all new stock replacement.
Now my Monte on the other hand is lowered all the way around a couple inches.

Yea I'm replacing the whole front end for sure...

They rub in the wheel well as I'm coming down into a dip...for awhile I thought I was scratching my bumper cover...

It only does it on the passenger side...almost caused a wreck the first time it happened coming into a straight road, down from a hill @45mph, damn near stopped the front passenger tire and jerked the whole car hard right for a moment, almost taking me into a curb...smelt rubber real good too lol

FYI, those rally wheels never came on a 79 Malibu from the factory. They came on mid 70s Chevrolets. Montes, Chevelles, Vettes, Camaros. Each model car had different sizes.
Yea, he just said he didn't really want to give them up because they were for his '79 Malibu...🤷🏾‍♂...but thank you for the clarification 😎👍🏾

Can I put a set of 235/60-15's or a set of stock 215/65R15's on these rims ?

235/60 will fit fine
