If my suspension was bad or failing, what symptoms would I be experiencing ?

Seems as if I have coil spacers in the rear suspension but nothing in the front...how can I raise my front suspension to level with my rear suspension ?

Hate to say it but if youre taking the control arms off to replace the ball joints spend the extra time and money and replace the original bushings. While its apart you would be crazy not to. Just sayin.
Do both my front and rear suspension (coils and struts) need to be replaced along with the steering linkage parts ?

You dont have struts. The rear has 2 control arms on each side. As far as coil springs, thats a decision you need to make. Depends on a lot of things. Happy with the height ? The ride ? Does the car sit level side to side ? Rear suspension ? Super easy to do. Front ? Not as easy. Like I said in a previous comment, you should have someone that knows what theyre doing help you. You can get hurt. The coil spring can mess you up.

WAAAAAAAAY cheaper on rockauto, I just built that same kit along with the idler arm for $225 plus shipping
When I rebuilt my Regal suspension a few years back I also pieced together a kit for most everything from Rockauto but I did make sure that the "to my door" price was cheaper than anyone else's before ordering since there can be separate shipping charges.

Yea the ride height is ok in the back, and it sits level side to side...haven't really experienced any suspension issues from the rear....

My suspension/height issue is in the front...when I come across a sudden dip in the road or rolling over a speed bump or turning the wheel too much, my front tires rub in the wheel well...the road dips get me the most, especially on the highway...

It's the front suspension that needs to come up some to stop that wheel well rub...maybe it's my tire size ?

Speed bumps make the steering linkage sound like everything is being held on by a thread...shakes very loosely...but no steering issue other than an obvious alignment is needed.

So what are your tire and rim sizes?
I know just going from a 15" to a 17" rim gave my Regal a harsher ride and that was keeping the same overall diameter tire.

I have 15" Rallys that came with the car that were for a '79 Malibu...

All tires were the same brand until I popped the passenger side tire...it's the same size, but a different style and brand...

Can I buy and fit all the same tire all the way around with these rims or would I need to buy rims and tires all of the same size ?

Your Dayton tire is an A/T which is "all terrain" made for trucks etc. not a street car tire and will have a different and more aggressive tread.
I would consider buying a matching set of front tires first and see what a difference that makes.
If that huge gap between the tires and wheelwells in your pictures is your current ride height I would say none of your springs are stock on there.

I like the staggered look on my Gbody's with wider tires on the rear, the first set of rims I put on my Regal were 15' x 8' all around but I had 235/60 fronts with 275/60 rears, all the tires were Cooper Cobras.
Then later I switched to 17" x 8.5" all around with 235/50 and 275/50 Nittos when I changed the look of the car.
