Swapping 350 for a Vortec 5.7

you may be but I do know someone who picked one from a rustang and was trying to get it to fit his camaro.... :rofl:

lol. he's the only guy with a ford yoke on his t5, try explaining that to the next owner. what an idiot :lol:
 
he never got that far, he couldn't figure out why he couldn't get the splines to line up with his clutch disk.. :rofl:
 
anyway Elco Slimm, the T5 WC works nice behind a 350 but it's a bit of work to put one in with the pedals and everyting, plus it's not easy to find them. But if you do and need some help pm me...

if I remember correctly kuruption109 is close to you and I think he had a set up for a standard for sale

I made the swap and car is running super strong. Need to upgrade carb and change my power steering pump. My alternator sits up a tad bit high though. Anybody knows where there is a relocation kit for the Vortec motor? :bump:

na i didnt but there is a guy here in phx that was selling the manuel setup
