Got to wrench on my Cutlass today and boy is it still cold and now with the snow on the ground my feet burn! But the work goes on!
:wax:

Installed the driver seat a few days ago but had no pics and it was a mess in the car too. Installed the passenger side door panels. Wired up some switches the right way and changed out the old HEI for the new one. I will buy Sp. wires for it later on as for now my focus is the interior work. Oh and messed with the rear end. Now I need to remove more shims to get it dead on...

Other than that I am just trying to figure out weather I should do the stiched pattern design on the headliner. Dont want to take up much more time. Oh and Friday shouldbbe the order day for my pass seat.

Pics as requested.

More pics coming bad signal right now lol.

I like it. I have been thinking of getting the procar seats for mine but never seen them listed in maroon. They look like they would be close to the same as my interior color. In your first seat pic is it slid all the way forward?

Thanks. Yea the seat isn't ALL the way forward but pretty close ill post some pics of the seat all the way back and forward. And how the bracketry bolts on so people can have a good idea before they invest. All in all a very good set up.

Thanks. You know it's funny my first Cutlass had a dark blue interior and I loved it, at the time I thought claret/maroon was ugly as can be. But now that I have a claret interior it has grown on me. And it really works well with a lot of body colors. In your case I think the maroon/ claret is a better compliment to the black than the blue interior was. Or is the body color a really dark blue?

Yea I had a light greyish blue inside and I did not like it from the get go. I got a feel for the car after driving it for a month or two and visualized it with what it has now a classic wood wheel and a sport "maroon" interior the main reason being was because the exterior is black. I always loved the black paint with a reddish interior match up its classic. Eventually I may consider respraying the car due to the fact it has its aged imperfections but nothing crazy just a respray.
