Here's what Pat McNeal did with one of those 702ci Twin-Six engines about 8 or 9 years ago. The cab is a1942 GMC COE. He used a modified Toronado transaxle behind the cab with the engine facing backward and a drive shaft turning a quick-change rear:

What the hell for? That's a GMC truck v12 good for a tractor maybe? Probably best suited to pump water out of a strip mine or keep a boat from floating away. That's no 455 my friend
The crew cab needs more pulling power, obviously.
