Looks god, great progress and I like the mods. You have to think outside the box to get these custom builds done, no matter what the car.

Got a good bit done today and a good bit more to go tomorrow...
Here is the to do list
CFDAB5D1-665B-4BE7-A521-94A0A45266B8-20865-00002E4791ED2E8F_zps5ae14d85.jpg

- 93 integra 10.3" front knuckles with new bearings pressed in
- rebuilt front calipers
- new lower ball joints
- rebuilt front and rear calipers
- russle braded stainless brake lines
- summit racing vained and dimpled rotors front and back
- summit racing ceramic pads front and back
- spc adjustable front and rear uppers rebuilt with poly bushings
- skunk 2 short shifter
- magna flow cat back
- 93 integra rear disc brake trailing arms with new hubs and bearings
- function 7 rear lower control arms
- asr rear brace
- function 7 rear sway bar links
- 93 integra rear sway bar
- energy suspension master kit with rear trailing arm bushings
- prothane rear trailing arm link bushings
-eibach pro drop springs
- kyb shocks

Basically today I finished rebuilding the components, finished pressing in the poly bushings, and rebuilding the calipers.
I got almost all of the front suspension and brakes installed.
The goal for tomorrow is get the rear end installed and get her back on all 4s so that I can roll it into the garage to do more welding and body work on it. Its been a little too windy lately for the welder shield gas and flux core is too hot for body work...

Looks like fun!
Good choices btw, once I get some work done on the Cutty I am gonna complete my suspension build. I also plan on running the clear anodized Function 7 LCAs with the black ASR brace, haha great minds think alike I guess.

Lmao! Too funny.
Actually in my case it was accidental. There was a 3 week wait on the black LCAs so that's how I ended up with the naturals..

Yeah, I originally wanted the black ones until I found out that it was a Teflon coating and they don't warranty it.

So I know I skimmed over the modification of the rear upper control arm modification but luckily I had to do the same thing to the sway bar to allow the use of the function 7 sway bar ends. As the ends are ball and socket joints I can get away with making them solid.
So I pressed out the rubber bushings, cut a slit in the loop and drilled two holes top and bottom.

Squashed the new collet in place

And welded the seam, plug welded the holes and cut the collet to size

Also because I didn't think ahead to order sway bar brackets I had to modify the stock ones... all the rest of the work for the day was basically just bolt together.
Im pleased with the results

Dang, here's where my lack of research bites me in the *ss..
I bought the 99 Honda full Polly bushing set including the trailing arm bushings.
And 94+ integra brake line set; however I ended up getting 93 integra rear trailing arms... lines are different, bushings are different....
Car guy problems...

We didn't get the rain today that we were expecting so I was able to get more welding done.
Its a bit patchwork but most of it won't be visible so we are good to go!

I was also able to get the last of the suspension in place so now she is on all 4s and ready to go into the garage (when I make some room in there)

Nice progress. Keep the pace and it'll be done in no time. 😀
