Hold off on installing all that fancy brake stuff for now. Just amass the parts, and do it all in one fell swoop. But keep track of everything. Get some cheap shelves, boxes, and a sharpie and mark what parts are where. Install that radiator, test with water first, if no leaks, drain and fill with coolant. Expect to make a giant mess.
i Am re doing all brake lines because my old prop valve is shot, I thought I should just get an upgraded prop valve instead of buying oem and upgrading earlier. I need to install the pets for the car to be drivable

Time to invest in some line and flare kit. I'd splice in a line-lock while you are in there.

yea I'll actually look into a line lock kit, and yes I have bought 2 quality flaring tools, the first ridgid one wouldn't flare 1/4 line, it would just slide through.

The trick to double flairing is using a dremel tool to knife edge the tubing. This makes the flaring tool need less forces and won't slide so easily.
you mean the outside of the line? could i just file it a little?

oh sh*t i just realized i posted this under gbody of the month, a staff member can delete this thread i dont need it anymore, or just move it to general discussion

No, the knife edge is inside the tube, the outside stays flat. On a double flair, the outside of the tube folds in to become the sealing surface so you don't want to file on it.
