I'm in need of a trailer hitch for a sub 1500lb trailer. Are they available or do I have to make one?

If anyone has one they want to part with, then PM me. But It appears that I cannot buy one new anywhere- is that accurate?
Jim, Northern Tool shows they have 4 in stock. Free shipping...

Is the forward bolt hole using the bumper shock mount?

No, it uses an existing hole in the frame about mid way between the bumper shock bolt and the body mount behind the rear wheels. The front bolt is like 1/2 or 5/8". The bumper shock uses a M8 or something smaller.

Thanks for all of the detailed photos because I'm going to need them.

Received the message from Northern Tool yesterday, after waiting the requisite19-21 business days, that it will be another 5 weeks. But I assume that will be more of the same B.S. . This Northern Tool listing on Ebay indicated this ships in 5-6 business days, then that was changed to 19-21 business days, and now another 5 weeks at a minimum. :blam:

So I'm making one now and using Jake's photos that he supplied to get the steel ordered. On the plus side, the trailer is a roller and will be getting titled tomorrow or Monday, just nothing to tow it with presently (SMH).

Sorry it worked out that way. I know I'm the one that turned you onto Northern Tool. Obviously they didn't have it in stock.
