I had the opposite issue. Good reverse and acceptable 1 and 2 pressure, auto shifting was 180 and it showed with soft shifts. I swapped in a .555 boost valve, brought my pressure to around 215 to 220 and shifted much better. Strange your low numbers stay the exact same.

When i did drill out the separator plate , i went with a "medium setting"

Drilled
1-2 shift mod 0.093 ( Range was .086-.110)
2-3 Shift mod 0.093 ( Range was .086-.110)
3-4 Shfit mod 0.86 ( Range was .063-.096)

Could this effect the line pressures.

I will call tech support shorlty , and see what they say. I'll take pressure again tonight, and post the numbers in case i made a mistake.

I did take readings with TV cable connected @ 1000rpm and got the following :

P 150
N 135
D4 135
D3 135
D2 200
D1 190-200

Called tech support, and they want the readings of the shift points 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 with the tv cable disconnected and accelerate slowly.

I always thought that was a big no no..

Any ideas on that?

Yah, that sounds like a bad idea to me. Supposedly can glaze the clutches from slipping.

Well im going to check the pressure again this weekend , and then take it for another test drive... Worst case as i know it may need a rebuild.

I pulled on the TV cable to check if it was binding or not. (seemed ok)

Will keep you posted!!

Thanks again for all the help much appreciated!!!!
