I wish. My TTA needed about 50 lb/ft of torque to loosen when I was tightening the column bolts and that is hard to do without marring the soft metal.

maybe the owner before you had the same problem I had and used locktite permanent sealer to install it...

It pulls out. Spray some cleaner/lube in there. Push in an out and work gently several times. Do not get in hurry. Pray to G-Body Gods.
Last last resort... mutter under breath and yank it so you just have to fix it.

Thanks, that worked for me. Also, I had to use vise grips and turn it.
