hey guys my turns signals doesn’t matter what way they both flash like hazards what could be the issue? They are also flashing at the light switch the brown wire it’s a cutlass harness

have you checked the turn signal switch connector to see what wires are being powered when you put the turn signal on?. It may be a faulty turn signal switch. If it isn't that then there is something wired wrong. Do the rear lights act the same as the front lights?
