vent louvers for 88 Monte Carlo

Hope someone out here can help me. I have a 88 Monte Carlo SS. the vent lovers over time fall out. does anyone have ideas on how to repair, replace or just forget about it. the only one left whole is drivers side window and its locked in place of its on doing. does the dash have to be removed or just what?

You just gently pry them out and find some replacements and reinstall.

Ok thk u thought the dash had to come off but one thing all louvers fell out over time any idea where I could get replacement & have no idea why they fell out like rotten teeth none were broke
