What color to paint with blue interior

old school works..a lot of these people don't really know what they want but have a rough idea so the renderings are an excellent tool.the grand scheme of things and how much labor/materials are to build something they're worthwhile.
Shop that I work at is definitely old school, set in their ways. My boss did a lot of custom painting over the years. Unfortunately he got sick and is paralyzed on one side, so he’s limited now. Before he got sick he painted 2 cars that made hot rod and rod and custom. It’s not the ideal situation for me, but I’m enjoying not grinding it out on shitty Honda’s.

There's a lot to be said for a nice G interior, no matter what the color. Navy/dk Blue interior will work well with any white/slver/black exterior.
I have to say that I'm all over the shock factor, too. Dark blue gut with a bright red will certainty ruffle some feathers
If it was blue like Superman, it would work. It works the opposite way.

Hopefully, repeat hopefully, I'll be painting a white car with blue interior this summer and I'm planning white with all of the blue metal flake that a 2 or 3 coats of clear can hold lol. And with a flat black hood (still debating the hood).

So this is implying that you should do the same if you have the same poor taste as myself.
I’m all over the place with the car. One day I like it white and blue, others I hate it.

Im partial to blue with the navy blue interior. Darker looks better with it vs the sky blue

Dark gray or black. Probably cloth.
I know youre trying to do it cheap but why not do a little at a time ? I did the interior of my wagon in SEM Presidio Gray with a darker gray dash. A coupe would take a lot less material as far as paint. I had my seats, headliner and door panels redone but if yours are in good shape you might be able to change the color by spraying them.

The days that you think you like it are the days you feel you can just settle for something less than what you really want.

Despite the 86-87 color description that GM used your car is blue. My favorite for those years.

This is teal......🤮

Just going by the "official" GM window sticker. To which, nobody else called it Dark Teal to my knowledge. It was just Dark Blue. But in the bright sun it does have a teal-ish hue to it. Not as bad as your example, though.

I got some black spray dye for fabric. Unfortunately it doesn’t work as well as the navy one that I have. Unless something changes, it looks like I’ll be rolling with navy. I did find a blue that I think will work with the navy.
