What did you do at work today?

I've been trying to put a quote together for an elk/horse/bison exporter. They are wanting to install some HVLS Fans in their barn. I've got the CANARM fans done now just quoting some Big *ss Fans Basic 6 models. Should be about a 90k quote when I get it finished. Otherwise ita been dead AF. Sure beats the 70 or so calls I had yesterday.

Better offer?, retired?, or sick and tired?

Sick and tired.

Between issues at work and at home, it's just time to move on.

I'm just glad I was able to find something else in this job market right now!

Finished the unit that was rush rush. Now the UL inspector that was supposed to be here today, never showed. FML

I have no idea what the hell you build, but it's cool as all get out (except for the single color control wire).

Units used during photolithography, and thank you. LOL

"Photolithography, also called optical lithography or UV lithography, is a process used in microfabrication to pattern parts on a thin film or the bulk of a substrate. It uses light to transfer a geometric pattern from a photomask to a photosensitive chemical photoresist on the substrate. Wikipedia"

Lamens terms, how you make semiconductors...

Push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dips, etc.

And then I submitted some leave passes.

I kind of miss the days of fixing cars and getting job satisfaction. I work my a** off and have no job satisfaction or sense of accomplishment as a claims supervisor. The greed and sense of entitlement is absurd from the insureds and the contractors. My team is my upside but all are working from home now so i have no personnel interaction.
