What did you do to your G-Body today? [2011-2018]

Drove to a drug test for a job. Came home and found out the rear window trim (stupid plastic bit) for the landau top cars is nowhere to be found.
I guess it flew off on the highway. o-0 Broke around all the little rivets. If anyone has one, let me know.

are you talking about the chrome trim or the plastic mounting clips?

redid the headliner yesterday, started sorting through 2 shelves of interior......still seriously considering yanking the 305

Leave the 305 in and drive it till it doesn't run. Despite what people say, they're great engines. Dependable and bullet proof. I have a couple of g bodies that I threw some serious engines into and don't enjoy them as much as cruising in my Camaros that have 305's.

Started the under carriage transformation .

Installed Racequip harnesses and a detachable steering wheel hub. Weather sucks here, won't have the cars out for another 3 months.

The plastic trim that the vinyl folds over that's riveted to the body. The thing around the window. It's like a weird greenish plastic.

I think I still have it from the removal on the GP... I'll be out at the car this weekend and will try to remember to see if it's still in the parts hoard.

Did a quick scuff and spray on my license plate bracket and trunk lock retainer. I know i know, the bracket is galvanized but it looked crappy so I hit both with self etch, then SEM trim black to match the other stuff.

I also got some seatbelt block off plates and a flip down stay down kit from Mikes Montes today. Gonna try and get more assembly done Friday.
