Also installed the new lifter trays and head studs.
No smokey burnouts? Bahaha! We tested the sender out of the tank, and the gauge needle was moving up and down. We put about 3.5 gallons of gas in the tank, and the gauge still reads “E” but we’re figuring that’s just a design feature to keep owners from running out of gas. Once I’m able to drive it on the street, planning on putting a full tank in it.
Does that allow the map lights to still work when the doors are closed via the buttons on the lights?
Wire it in to constant. The map lights don't normally come on with the door unless it's a convertible.
You need a turbo on that six! I can't get over how clean your car is. I would leave the out side alone and just add a better drive train. I think that is what you have planned right? Even if it is slow, it is still a really nice car you should be proud of.With the 3.8 2-bbl? I wish! 🤣
