Spent the latest in a series of hours looking for the lower actuator rod assembly for the clutch project in my Monte SS. Did find the other two rods a few days ago but both of them plus the swivel block for them are pretty much worn beyond rebuild. Ended up locating a regional supplier that had everything I needed and ordered it. Of course you know that, as soon as my care package appears on my door step, the bag with that MIA rod assembly will turn up. Sometimes I wish I had a dummy hanging from a rope in my shop so that I could name it "Murphy" and periodically wail on it with a bat; just to ease the stress and frustration that his law has created.

What Did You Do To Your G-Body Today? [2020]

I finally repositioned my distributor so the wires can fit better. With the MSD 85551 I can turn the distributor to match #1 but I had #1 pointed towards the passenger side. Now it's in the right spot so the wires will be easier to route:popcorn:
