Got everything put back together on the 305 a couple of days ago before the temps dropped. Probably won't be able to test run and tune the engine until Spring. Also changed the oil which is recommended anytime you pull an intake manifold that has coolant crossovers.

Good looking setup. I am curious to hear how that will bolt up the front end. I am thinking of that kind of setup for my future.

Hey Motor Head Mike, sometimes a father needs to teach his kids how to build character. Nice wagon.

Put some more miles on it while the weather is decent. Dailied it a few days each week the last couple weeks. Man, this thing needs overdrive.

Believe most of the bugs have been worked out, new brake booster coming tomorrow, then need to install the speedo cable and do something about that blue deck lid...and the flat red everything else. Naaah, that's gonna be the next guy's problem.

All I did to my GBody today was admire it when I came around the corner after work and saw it.

Drove it to Orlando and back (Tampa). 80 miles one way: 3400-3500 rpm, 75-80 mph, around 12 mpg with E54 in the tank.

Not too terrible for a heavy brick without OD!
