I used to live just outside of Pittsburgh. (Elisabeth and Mt. Pleasant) I would tell those who lived in Washington, PA the same thing.

Stuffed the revised accessory panel back in, and ran the main power and ground wires for the panel. Wrapped them both in braided nylon from Techflex, well worth what little it cost for 25 feet of 3/8 braid.

I was limited on where I could put the distribution blocks on the heater box because of the new blower fan on the ground side, and the overall length of wire I had for the main power. There’s going to be 2 extra runs of 3/8 convoluted tubing over here, one for the ignition, and one for the fan switch wires and the starter relay wire. All grounds that were previously located on the fender will be moved under the accessory panel. The fan relays have been moved into the panel instead of being out in the open, and I’m using one relay for high and low beam on the headlights, instead of individual high/lows for left and right like before.

And if you peep above the ignition coil, you’ll see a maxi fuse holder with a 50 amp fuse that’s now running the car’s factory harness instead of 2, 30 amp in line fuses.

Been gone for.... a while. Lots of life, lots of working on stuff in this little world we've got going on here.

Did some surgery to the wife's 88 MCSS, basically removed the roof at the a-pillars and the firewall at the floorpan, then swapped an entire new rear clip into place. What was there was a toilet. Roof rotted behind the glass. Floors had  layers of poorly installed patches that were laid on top of eachother and, apparently, rusted out only to have another slapped on top. Then the body mounts, only #2 and 7 were still attached to anything. The rest was swiss cheese or a pure window to the frame.

So, after removing it a roundy round outfit paid for the roof tin and quarter parts to use on their circle track cars. Offsets the cost we paid for our new rear clip at least, or, should I say, paid for our gas to go get said clip and the materials used in the cutting and splicing work.

Meh, I know. Pics or didn't happen. Too many irons in the fire lately to think about pics. But, it looks like a car again. Albeit a glassless car, but still

and you still got the '80s splatter paint theme going! 👍 😁

Did a job I've been dreading, swapped the stock style distribution valve to a disc/disc unit. I found an aluminum one that seemed stronger than the brass ones I've had prior issues with. I followed the video that Texas82GP linked in my build thread for proper seating of the lines. Seemed to have worked mint!
However, I think the right rear caliper is bad maybe. Once I changed the crush washers (yep I forgot to install new ones at first) I tightened the banjo bolt to what seems a proper torque. Can't get a socket on it due to interference with shock, but that bolt is tiiiiight and its leaking like a sieve!!!! I called it a night and plan to look again at some point today. Might pull the caliper and try to torque it. Weird cause the other side is dry and did the same procedure.
