UC645 I’ve found that wiring clean up is an annual job and I tackle it in small chunks at a time.

I’m not someone that wires cars for a living, and that requires some compromise in terms of form vs. function. But function cannot be comprised for form, obviously.

With that in mind, if it works and you can troubleshoot it, then it truly does look fine to me.

Keep the faith👍

I prefer to have my wiring as minimal as possible and it definitely takes time.
Agree, 100%. But I hate seeing a project stall because of a perfection requisite. I’d much rather enjoy the car and get it working properly, then clean up as I go.

To each their own with no sarcasm intended.

Greasy boat anchor, anyone?

Hmm, a little cleanup is in order. The joys of 40 years grime + dirt road.

Hopefully, the coupe is telling the wagon "It's going to be alright...probably take a while, but it'll be OK"

Gonna put my badges back on.

Only badge I'm missing is my 2nd Limited badge.
I also found my color match Dark Red Metallic paint.
I'm probably gonna use some short strand fiberglass to fill the roof seam.

Got a couple hours out in the garage this morning and another this evening. I serviced my JD LT133 rider for the season and prepped and painted the rear speaker deck and speaker grills. The SEM paint sprayed nicely, covered well and matched perfectly. The carpeted speaker deck cover was slightly sun faded and a few coats made it look like new again. The speaker grills were black and I wanted them to not stand out so they got a few coats as well. I would have preferred to not use them at all but I had previously (foolishly) drilled holes in the carpeted speaker deck so I had to use the grills to cover the holes and impressions from the last set. I re-installed everything this evening after dinner and the pictures don’t show real well but it looks nice. Another small step forward.
