What did you do to your G-Body today 2024

Cleaned the 39 years of gunk off the factory driveshaft loop I neglected to put back on and painted it. No one but me and the people on the long side of the railroad tracks on Broadway will see it, but it's nice to clean stuff up.
I've got a myriad of brackets and trinkets I'm going to be cleaning up and trying to sell to drum up a bit of extra baby money.

I myself make too much. My fiancé could probably get it herself which is what we'll probably do. But lying to the government is a fine line between fun and jail.
We're looking into it.

One other thought did come to mind. Have you taken a look at your freeze/casting plugs to see if any of them have sprung a leak. Over time and heat/cold cycles they can eventually start to rust or lost their contact/seal with the hole in the block. Your coolant could be oozing or seeping past a corroded shoulder on one of them and then getting lost in the general shuffle. It wouldn't happen during a drive, only afterward when the engine was shut down but the coolant system still had pressure. No obvious signs as there would be no bubbles in the rad or puddles on the intake. The ones that I would be particularly interested in are the two that sit behind the flywheel or flexplate/ring gear inside the bellhousing. By virtue of location they tend to become "invisible" and not thought much about unless the block is going out for a swim in the hot tank.

You either qualify or you don't. No need to lie.

Nothing to report of any real substance but..... I wired the Torque Converter Lock Up for the TH700R4 this past weekend and have not tested it yet, weather has turned ugly for the coming days. Hope to road test this coming weekend. I also made an appointment for Jan 2 for the OEM pin striping at a local sign shop. Very nice husband and wife operation and the wife will be hand painting the pin stripes on the '80. Hoping the weather stays clear and relatively salt free for the ride to and from the shop. Drop on Thursday morning and pick up Friday noon time.

Buicks fortunately don't have core plugs in the bellhousing area. Two on each head, three on either side of the block. It doesn't smoke a lick, so I doubt it's burning it.
