Take the front doors and the rear axle and scrap the rest if you are so conflicted. No one wants a rusty 30 year old 2wd 3/4 ton Suburban with no engine.

That's a bit of an overstatement but no, if it isn't something rare or special, that amount of rust generally doesn't get fixed here. There are too many clean bodies around for that.

Unless it's a shop somewhere in Dallas, then it becomes shiny rust...

It's just on the side of too nice to scrap. I mean, just look at the front doors! Factory posi, 8 lug, rear ac unit... It has a lot going for it. But because it's ****in iowa if it dont have 4wd or a bed no one wants the mf.

"Shithole of a state"? I am going to have to ask you to leave! You should move out of DesMoine. Iowa is in demand for lots, and lots of jobs, low cost of living, low taxes, lots of diversity, and friendly people. The weather is just crazy!
