Between his class breaks I am able to make it offical that I've created a metal head out of the Jr. Mechanic. Next to have him learn how to play it so he can fund my retirement & projects.

Reused the lines that went to the old Afco radiator that never cooled worth a sh*t, just had to buy the 90 degree fittings and it all fell into place. Rivnuts down in the core support, and drilled/tapped the frame for the upper mount. There's an old piece of flat plate steel welded to the car from when it had a tubular core support, so I figured there were enough layers there to let me get away with tapping it.

Got the fleet moved around so I could get The Mrs.' Vert in for servicing and to swap out a wonky light fixture above where it was parked.

Not the stock cover. I ordered a small Smittybilt 28-29" that should fit nice.

Adjusted the brakes on the van, buttoned up the rear end and filled it up. Put the gas tank back in (not very fun).

Mowed the field today with the old 46 Farmall tractor, man was it muddy but at least the driver seat is up high out of it. While back there I discovered one of the trees I was planning to cut down back in the winter was completely covered in white blossoms. Turns out its a white Crabapple that sprung up wild, so I am going to keep it since its a free ornamental tree.
