I'm just jealous of your graffiti
There were a few more that I couldn't get pics of because they were blocked by cars being parked there. I will be sure to post them up when I can get a pic of them to make you even more jealous

Cannot be any more annoying than flaunting a polarizing car like a Hellcat.

Cool car and scenery.
Was actually gonna bust your chops about the pics in the deserted area you found, but car looked too good to be able to

Pic #6 I know where that is dispite I haven't be there in over 20 years, used to see it regularly/daily from '86-'89. Arch St & Jacksonia St, the old Allegheny City firehouse caught my attention more that the painting on the old store.

Crazy part is I was going to look Randyland to see if there was anything to take a pic with there. Then bam saw that and liked it better, not to mention I got real jealous leaving and seeing how lucky this dude is

Randy-land is right!

Finally got around to putting the summer tires on the Taurus.

And, of course, had to check the air pressure.

While I was at it, I checked the pressure on the Caballero tires, and added a couple pounds to the air bags and air shocks. Might as well while I have the compressor running and the hoses out.

Last year I had to step up to a 38mm restrictor in my 93 Camaro to make 260whp/30Xwtq. In June, it puked enough oil out the rear main to wipe out the clutch, so in July on Friday night before the races began I swapped a truck valve cover onto the driver's side as it had provision for a breather. Suddenly, the car seemed up a bit in power. I played down to 37, raced, and hit the Dyno. Car was still over so I went back to a 36mm plate which is what it ran when the motor was fresh. This year, I upped the size of the breather hose and put it into that can and the thing was belting out 265 which would mean lots of ballast. I plated down to a 35mm, the smallest plate I've ever seen an LT1 run in this class, and I averaged 261/310 so I carry 15# of ballast. I can live with that. Amazing that I "built" this motor back in 2015 and today it makes more power than it ever has.

What a rough life...

Bad enough some dude is stuck driving a POS plastic 4 dr crap box, but you rub salt in the wound not even running off the culprits stealing his wheels and leaving the car on blocks... man thats harsh, right guys?

Another LS1Tech copy/paste.

So I bought a Momo cool shirt, fittings, line, cooler, and bilge pump back in 2014. I got busy with life and deghettofying this thing and put it on the back burner. Thanks to my at home time with Coronavirus, this finally climbed to the top of my list. I got everything out and realized the mounts were already half baked.

So I bolted it all up using the 1/4" screws and nuts it was intended for and made a plan to mount it all in the car. That plan changed about 9 times. I prefer to keep things cheap, simple, and effective. To meet all that criteria with my slow *ss brain takes a number of iterations to arrive at a good conclusion. At one point, I was convinced I needed to rivet some from the bottom so I opened the garage door, fired up the car, moved it far enough from the wall, and put it on stands. When I was done with that, I closed the garage door and realized I hadn't checked clearance at all. I got lucky.

So making a mount lime this is simple. It's tedious, but very simple. I'm not a huge fan of tedious work, but it seems to be a big part of what I do on this thing. I will say that when it's done it's very satisfying. Well today was extra painful 1 due to my shoulder deciding to be a POS and 2 due to race cars with cages making anything inside difficult.

I had to climb through this mess just to put eyes on anything. Luckily I'm stubborn. AF so if I want this done it will get done regardless of how much I hate doing it. That said, it could never have been done without vise grips.

And bam! Finished FREE mount made with pre-existing crap in my garage because Lowe's and Ace are excruciating to buy from anymore.

And to think how close I was to buying a $92 prefabbed mount makes me sick. I'll use a ratchet strap just in front of that centerish truss. That made a noticeable improvement in strength, though I suspect I would have been fine without but I like my peace of mind. Car is already wired for this so the rest will be a snap. I anticipate I'll have it wrapped up which means it'll likely be the day after or day after that.

I did pony up for the 19qt cooler vs the 13qt. The thing doesn't open all the way, but it's good enough. Tomorrow I'll deal with the cooler's guts.
