Nope. Not even close. Those cutters are supposed to spin and set loose enough on their axle that they do. The only thing I am seeing here is that they are about half gone, meaning that you have only one or two passes left before the teeth wear down to where they won't dress the stone face anymore. Apart from that it looks about the same as the one I have.d If you do decide to throw it out, throw it my way. It will fit in a USPS padded mailer and I can paypal you the cost for the shipping and handling.

Got some time off of work so I'm back at attempting to organize my garage.
I'm willing to put the time and work into re doing the layout, but it's pain trying to figure out how I want it.

The de-clutter and purge is a great first step. I am getting all my tools together. Lots of memories and I threw a bunch of stuff away
About which discards I will give a minimum of a month and a maximum of six months before something you tossed becomes something that you wished you hadn't 'cause you Need It.
