What did you do to your shop today?

I started looking for my old pictures of my shop build. But then I remembered I wrote an entire article about the place and "published" it on another site I'm a member of. So here it is:

I will add that since the article was written, the gravel lot is now all concrete, the worn out red tool chest from Dad was replaced with a stainless Craftsman cabinet that I got through the same work benefits program that a lot of the other stuff came from. The offshore mig welder was upgraded to a 220 Lincoln. I restored a monster cast iron band saw, the parking room can fit four cars in the winter time, and the place is no where near as clean anymore, especially the attic, It's FULL!

Wouldn't this be the same thread as WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR NON-GBODY PROJECT????????

No, that's the 'what did you do IN your shop today' thread.

Funny you should ask. Spent four plus hours with a floor scrubber cleaning off WD40, white lithium grease , paint and primer over spray etc. Just an FYI i use Fast Orange Pumice hand Cleaner and it works great!!

That's why I love my epoxy shop floor, I can do anything in the shop and most of the time a push broom or a mop will clean it up. If those won't, a little degreaser and the hose knocks it right out.

I moved stuff around to pull the project out!

Yes someone photo-bombed me!

Now I can start a well needed cleaning. Plus Jr. Wants a place to play around with the welders!

I signed the contract today for a 14'W x 50'L x 16'H shop space. It is gated, has (5) outlets, and my door has double locks. An outside bathroom, and a full size wash bay, are on the premises. $245 / month. I move in on the 31st. Can't wait to get some working room again.
