Sounds like my neighbor. Lazy *ss, drives me crazy. Especially when his 20 year old glass bulbs break and end up on my lawn.
Get off my lawn! 😜

We only touched ours when we lost a string. Then it was just replace and forget. When we had the roof done this year the lights all came down and went to the dump. Now we just string some lights in the trees and use those disco lights on the house, as a bonus we can appreciate the lightshow from the inside (sh*t is stupid bright). This (Christmas decorating) was my wife's job.

Too bad she is just 5'-5" and it looks like everything is installed at elf-level.

Been wanting for a couple of weeks to reorganize behind the walk-in door of the garage, and build a set of shelves. Well, today I did it. Wish I had thought to take a pic "before", but I did get an "after".

Following that, I filled the spaces where all of the items now on the shelves had come from, cleared part of the workbench, and assembled a belt/disc sander, and a bench sized 9" bandsaw.
Looking forward to dinking around in the garage some more tomorrow, maybe clear another portion of the workbench.

Update:
The extra shelving and reorganizing that I did on Saturday inspired me to do a second edition.
Before (less the 20' box of gutter).

A lot of the things that were on the bench beforehand are either moved to a table, or gathered with other similar things. Next time I get the bug to build more shelving, it will probably go across the back wall.

I want to see a pic of that immaculate bench in a week.
