This was a week ago, but been busy with preparations for my dad's funeral. I got a custom clock made after not being able to find anything off the shelf I liked. It looks cool!

Well our son has been busy butchering the deer, and he decided to keep the hide and tan it.... so this is currently on the garage floor. 😅

I watch too many high end builds, so it was easy to convince myself that I couldn't live without one of these: https://racetoolsdirect.com/product/8-throatless-hand-shear/ Guess I got the last one? Cuts up to 3/16 plate and 3/8 round stock. I hate tin snips!

EDIT# 2: Bezos saves the day for another $30. Be here Friday

I would have waited it out to avoid Amazon, hate them
I can appreciate that, but they're the only ones excelling at the logistics game. I don't know what happened recently, but trying to get something delivered has become a pain in the arse. You can't even blame covids because we're almost a year in.
X-mas card coast to coast: post marked 12/9/20 in SD, CA- Arrives in MD 1/19/21
Ordered tall upper and lower ball joints from Scummit, normally 2 days: one pair in a week, next pair takes 3 weeks
Friend's dad said it took a month from small town, downtown out to our area, about 8 miles for a letter.
My new, local Internet provider guy sends an email stating that checks by mail will be voided and returned because they're showing up as much as 7 weeks late- online only now.
Bezos' trucks show up as often as 2-3x in a day= on point.

Lubed the uprights with Lucas Red & Tacky. Works great. Very happy to have a lift again.

We cannot get that through the usual scumbags up here. But, we can get this instead:
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B015LJCOK8/?tag=rippca-20

It is called Kaka, but the reviews are good.
