Looks like a regal.

Yes, there is a center rear filler panel. Yes, it looks like you have something there, BUT, part of it is broken and missing.

There is a filler piece that goes in there but the Regal is completely different from the Monte's license plate pocket.

Missing the pull

I'm an original owner. My 87 SS built in Pontiac did

n't have the pull. I found three at pick n pull and put it on.

most of the pulls are gone, the dealer took mine off, the pull won’t work with their dealership Lic plate frame. Lol.
