I don't think anyone said not to run with a cobra. I have use the cooper cobra in the past and for their price they were a good tire.

x3 on Firestone Indys and Daytons!
for the price of Radial T/As, the Daytons performed close to as good as my KDWs

I've got Michelin MXV4 tires all around on my Cutty. 235/55 R18 size. Rides like a Bentley.

Not the best for racing or handling, but this is the BEST tire for cruising/comfort and longevity. 50K mile warranty, and I know people that went 80K on these before they had to change them out. They'll set you back 200+ a pop, though.

I bought the Firestone Firehawk 500's and have had nothing but good luck with them. I bought them because Radial T/A's were out of stock on tirerack and they were 4 bucks cheaper a piece. 8)

I've heard great things about Michelin, but I'm running Dunlop all-terrrains in the back and Firestone B420s (I think) in the front, no complaints at all and the all-terrains are great on anything (go figure)

I've got Nitto NT555's on the front and NT555R's on the rear

how do those handle?
Great thread for my next tire purchase.

I'm interested in the Nitto NT555s too, been keeping an eye on them, and they look great. Also heard good reviews on them when I Googled reviews for them.
