We have 680 EV's licensed in the whole Province of Saskatchewan, I just read an article. Winter range is greatly reduced, big surprise.

Do you ever see anyone charging their cars there?

I seen a couple but I don't go by there often. Never seen full through.

I am concerned with is that after ICE production ends, how fast the decline in supply and quality of gasoline will happen. By 2033 gas may be hard to get and be horrible quality, besides any new red tape they may impose on its sale to futher force EV sales.
Gasoline, ethanol, fossil fuels are 50+ years away from being scarce, possibly. The only way it will be scarce before then is if it is self induced by us. I’m not saying that we can’t create our own issue, look at ethanol and all of the propaganda that is out there about how ‘bad’ it is to grow our own vehicle fuel - it’s absolute insanity (imo).

Now, regarding diesel, an electric powered truck to run 80k-120k GVW is not remotely feasible with any technology on the horizon unless we treat them like a steam engine of the 1800’s with a couple of hundred mile range. And we want to see trucks at 15-25mph on every highway.

Nothing personal towards you, but I view the ‘lack of gas’ stories in the near future as another scare tactic thrown at us by the media and those that control it.

Anything the collective they can do to drive the cost of living through the roof and screw the every man over, that's what I expect. Time will tell.

Natasha and I am looking at cashing out our pensions and putting it into physical assets (gold and real estate) - the way things are going the money might not be there in a decade thanks to hyperinflation.
