Windshield wipers won’t work

Grab a wire.and hold it on the wiper motor (anywhere metal) and touch a ground on the car .if they work just add a ground cable....happened on my old elco

So the little wire that’s not added on the New motor is just a ground?
Which wire do I tapp into if I add a ground

Yea some have the delay.some might even have regulator. But just try the wire to ground..touch it .see if it does any thing

Got the new motor on and when I turn the switch on it still just makes the clicking noise ? Any help would help
