Wiper motor power help.

I just found that out.....with the fuse out turn the power on and see if you have current on the left side

I was thinking, one way you can test to make sure the wipers are working properly I would run a fused wire to power the wiper system and see if it works. I would try to power the fuse by jumping a wire from the AC and if works you know it's all in the fuse box.

So I went back and checked. Almost all my fuses have the same problem. Cranked car up, turned on ac and no power on ac fuse. I had this car for 3 weeks and nothing but problems so far.

then check to make sure the fusible link wires are installed on the solenoid of the starter and if they are check the fusible links to see if one is fried

before you crawl under the car you can check to see if you have power coming from the fusible ink. Your ignition switch on the right side of your steering column will have a red wire. Check that wire and it should have power. That wire gives power to the fuse block when the key is on. If that wire has power there should be power going to the fuse block withthe other red wire. If there is power in the red wire feeding the switch but none going to the fuse panel the ignition switch is defective

I checked both red wires on ignition switch. Neither one had power. Only wire on ignition that has power was purple wire. I removed starter and checked fusible links and they actually looked pretty good. I changed both battery cables because they had a little corrosion. Still no luck. I'm having a little problem with my ignition not wanting to crank sometimes and think it's related. I turn key to crank and nothing happens. If I hold key to start sometimes the starter just comes on or I have to wiggle steering wheel around.
I think I'm going to change our ignition anyway

If you have no power on the red wire then it the fusible link near the starter that is most like the problem. With a circuit tester check for current on both sides of the fusible links. If a fusible link is burnt then you can make your own. Cut the fusible link out and use a wire that is 4 gauges smaller. Use a shrink tube to protect it and then cover it with something to insulate it. DO NOT use a fuse to replace the fusible link.
