I just lowered the cutlass with 1 1/2” bmr drop springs in rear with bell tech spindles and uncut 5660 springs up front along with the obligatory bilstein shocks all around
Also threw in a 442 steering box
Point is I don’t really love how it sits , but I can’t put my finger on it
Tires too small ? 255 45 17
Needs to be lower ?
Needs more rake ?
What do you guys think ? Like the title says be critical! roast me and my car lol I can take it
What would you do to make it better looking?

My SS

245/45-17 in the front.
285-40-17 in the back.

I had to rake it to clear the rear fender lip.

I like my cars as level as possible while still running staggered rims with taller tires to fill the wheel well better.
My Monte has 15" rims with a 27.5" frontrunner and 295/55 MT drag radials.
My Regal has 17" rims with Nitto 235/50 fronts and 275/50 rears.
I think Cutlass owners have it the hardest because of the shape of the wheel wells which causes clearance issues especially when lowered.

Yup that rear fender lip is going to be the obstacle here.

Im running lowering front springs. F41 in the rear. Although the driveway is slopping down you get the idea.

IMO the rear needs to be lower, but max of 1" It will still give you some rake, just not as much.

I think it looks great but to my taste a little more rake would be nice.

it's a combination of things, some of which others above pointed out:
-wheelwell clearance
-45 sidewalls? makes it look smaller comparatively/subliminally
-what's the backspacing on your wheels? they're different than the other pictured cars
