Then I also came across NOS has PTFE pre-made hoses as short as a foot
I am assuming you plan on running 6 AN for size, just consider if you are trying to match fittings the pre assembled lines have crimped on hose ends which have a different look from a standard AN fitting

Yea I'm going to use 6 AN since it's 3/8". I saw that on the NOS hose with it being different. I have also looked at the hardline ends too (flare & compression.)

Just remember aluminum lines are a no go with fuel injection. I don't know if you have that or plan on it in the future. As for the fittings, aluminum will work just fine. I have all aluminum in mine except the higher PSI hoses for my power steering, hydroboost, and the brake lines coming from the master to the proportioning block.

I am using 3/8 aluminum tubes but the fuel pressure for the EZ EFI is only 48 lbs

That's still more than the recommended PSI rating if I recall correctly. Of course that could also depend on the type of line you use.

Aluminum tube is a no go for EFI fuel pressure? Thats new. Most factory air compressors use alum line and they are safe for 200psi plus. Am I reading wrong?

I wouldn't hesitate to use aluminum in any fuel line. Thousands of people have been using alum line for decades without issues.

It would be more on the wall thickness of the aluminum tubing used The hardware store stuff I got is thicker than any of the steel or copper nickle stuff I have in the garage. Think it's for HVAC applications. And it sucks for double flaring with the hand flarer.
