I signed the contract today for a 14'W x 50'L x 16'H shop space. It is gated, has (5) outlets, and my door has double locks. An outside bathroom, and a full size wash bay, are on the premises. $245 / month. I move in on the 31st. Can't wait to get some working room again.
I'd like to see that place sometime James.

You are welcome anytime, although I'll need a couple weeks to get everything sorted.

got some tile supplies and pulled the pickup into the garage to unload them. Gives a decent idea of the scale going on here. Could easily fit three more of those pickups in that side.

Ordered this guy to replace the hard plastic one I may have deliberately melted after 10 years of suffering. My better-half has their garden hoses and they are very nice. It was only $10 more than a factory replacement.

I have there garden hoses, and think it was a waste of money for what they cost. They kink like crazy and rolled up and you pressurize them the hole roll wads up. They do stay flexible in cold weather though. Good luck with yours!
