the gunk could be preventing the valves not to close causing the two cylinders low compression.

I'm going to remove the head tomorrow. Got it all ready to go. I just dont have an impact gun and the bolts are very hard. Will a breaker bar do?
I like a breaker bar instead of an impact, if the bolts are seized in place an impact can shear off the head
Any tips or something i should do before? Like maybe leave them soaking in pb blaster?
If the heads are in need of a rebuild, would it be best to just slap some salvage yard heads on my engine?

I can just imagine what the crankcase looks like. I have yet to pull the engine.
so that's why I'm not looking for a rebuild, but maybe just to slap on some salvage yard heads to keep my eco running good for now until I can find a house for rent or to buy where I can pull the engine and possibly go ls or build one. I live in apartments so im limited on what I can do.

drain the oil and fil up the crankcase with diesel fuel and let it soak for a few days and drain. That will clean up the grunge.
If antifreeze hit the bearing in the bottom end there is a good chance they are shot .
