Are you still running the blazer m/c with the caprice booster? Or did you change m/c with the caprice booster?
 
The caprice booster is the larger single diaphragm?
 
Probably the actuating rod length changed a little after the booster change. That's my guess. Booster by itself either works or it does not. Unless you had a bad booster unit to begin with, then that's another story.

That’s also possible. With the larger Blazer booster the pedal required more “effort” than the stock master/booster. With both new the pedal is firm but in a good way haha
