Amazon specials. Cipher was the brand name. They will have to be replaced possibly next year unfortunately. No hole for the submarine belt to go thru. It's a shame because I actually like them and they fit me well. Plus they aren't just fabric, they are a "micro-suede"
Cut a hole and find someone to reupholster the bottom if you like them.

You only need the submarine belt in the driver seat.

I had Ciphers in the Volvo, for the price they weren't bad at all, but for a performance car wouldn't be the first choice. Time to upgrade if you don't love them.

The wallet needs a little recovery time. I already know what I want, but need to save some $$ for them. Hopefully over next winter

Well here's tonights progress. Going to have to eat a little crow on this one. I'm using Speed Engineering 1-3/4" full length headers. Supposed to fit great. Seemed like they did before, but since I had to move my engine forward one set of holes on the ICT swap plates so it would tilt back far enough to get the transmission in, now they hit. Well the passengers side at least. So I cut a chunk off the frame and welded in a patch. Much better, think I might take the header back out and do some more though. It's still VERY close...

Sorry for the old bump, but do these hang below the frame on your car? Like at all? I am building a lowrider and bought these before realizing it could be an issue. Thanks.

Well since it came up in another thread figured I'd fill everyone in.
Been waiting on the calipers for several months now. 6 piston Z06 front calipers. These were what I wanted originally, but were on eternal back order. So I moved to the CTSV. My mistake. I didn't realize they take a larger brake pad which would over hang the surface of the rotor. So I bought 2010 Camaro rotors. But the centerbore needs to be opened up to fit on the Blazer hub. In addition, mounting the calipers is a huge issue. Basically you can't...
Long story short, I didn't do my homework and ended up buying a bunch of stuff that wouldn't work for me.

These aren't going on right away. I need to finish some minor interior trim, make sure everything else is good, and get some miles on it. Then I'll swap the front brakes out.

You are going to enjoy the braking once you swap it over though

Did you ever get ahold of the guy from bigbrakeupgrade.com?
I did. I also spoke with Tobin at Kore3. I was bouncing back and forth between them both. Big brake upgrade is where I figured out, no, where they told me, the CTSV calipers wouldn't fit. And they were right...
