There needs to be a reference thread that has pictures of all the mount positions for all the possible engine options.
Bought Dakota Digital dash ''RTX-78C-MC-X'' for my 79 Monte. Doing a LS swap and i considered this a necessary piece should be here Friday.

Went to the U Pull & Pay with hopes of bringing home a $5 windshield ($5 glass sale) just to find the '79 Cutlass there had it's antenna windshield replaced with a non-antenna one. But to make it worth the trip I got another 4 spoke steering wheel in black this time, a bunch of wire connectors & a HHR rear view mirror. Was wishing it had the temp feature but was just map lights, compass & auto dark. Still will be on the hunt for one with mape lights, temp & compass. Auto dark will be a bonus.
Did you happen to see if that elky was picked over that they recently got in? Think it was supposed to be sitting up front on the way in. Looked pretty picked over from the pic.
Never noticed before, dear Lord, does that trans dipstick look to a PITA to deal with.
It's not really picked over as much as being roached out. The frame is so bad the rad support mounts ripped from the rad support from them putting them on the wheel stands. It was a 229 base truck with not many options. But there was a good size snake skin behind the glove box.
