Exhaust was done today . I couldn't find an exhaust kit for a G body but found pipes that would work for it, thus the pipes are coming out of the sides. While I was at it I asked the guy if he noticed anything while underneath. I now have to replace the Tail Shaft Seal as I just learned they are prone to leaking after so much time and use. and I have a small oil leak in the oil pan. Oil gasket is new and with solid mounts and engine vibration I am assuming the bolts are coming loose. IMG_20230510_180217897.jpg IMG_20230510_180232916_HDR.jpg

This past weekend my brother, friends and I took a trip up to a car show over an hour away at Rocky Mountain/mount airy area. The 5 of us had a great time as it was quite a large show. On the way back my friends mustang started making noises. Turns out something in his newish 9" started binding up. So we had to go home and get a trailer and pick the car back up. At least it was a scenic stopping place. Friends mustang, brothers elcamino.

Stared at it and kinda cleaned up around it. Started making a list of what parts I Still need. Getting motivated to get working on it when I can!

Junkyard score - a full set of B84 aluminum & vinyl body side trim, a full set of Grand Prix non-vinyl top stuff (quarter & rear glass, rear trim, rear filler panel) that I probably won't use but couldn't leave there, some front fender plastic that I was missing, dash vent balls, OEM carpeted mats that might/might not clean up, and a a trunk mat.
