It always takes a long time to start up my car. You pump the gas and try to start it but it takes forever to start. Once it's started and runs for a little bit and then I turn it off and try to start it, it fired right up. Does this mean my fuel pump is going out?

Would a rear axle assembly from a GM Passenger car fit on my 2 door 83 Cutlass? Its an 8.5" 10 Bolt so I think it will bolt right up, also has posi. I know my driveshaft will have to be shortened but other than that, shouldn't it just bolt right up to the existing suspension mounts and such?
