    gbodyparts rear end...

They may be a little more but they are really convenient and he is always willing to help you out whether over the phone or through email. I'm just thankful that there is an outlet for parts for our cars. This guy has parted out probably around 500 or so G-Bodys (probably more) and has any nut...

    Help wiring

Can anyone show me in non technical schematic form how I should wire the 8-pin DPDT relay. I have all the pieces to do this but the schematic leaves much to the imagination. http://autospeed.com/cms/A_107975/article.html I just need to know where everything plugs in on my relay. They didnt...

    Hurst olds wheels

you are better off buying them new from wheel vintiques through summit racing. All you have to do is strip the black paint off. Takes 2 seconds with a rag and some acetone. Then you have pinstripe the lip red. Alot cheaper than getting yours redone.

What to look at on a GN?

yes 86 and 87 are the better ones. Do what ever you want to the car. You will always get someone who doesnt like what you do to a car no matter what you do to it. Do it for yourself not everyone else. The GTP interiors are nice and shouldnt be that bad to fit it in. Have fun with it!

    Can anyone tell me?

What to look at on a GN?

I have an 84. If you were to try and restore that thing it would cost a fortune. The one year only Leir zeigler seats are over a grand to recover to original. The motor is a very unsatisfying hot air turbo. Even if you were to rebuild it you would have been better off buying an 86 87 cold...

picked these up yesterday for 100 bucks 5 minutes from my house. Power driver seat works perfectly and doesnt grind like the track in my GN. Picked these up to use temporarily in my GN till I get the stock seats finished. I plan on using these in an 86 cutlass I might be picking up in a...

    gear vendors overdrive

I have installed 2 of these in streetrods. They are awesome. Depending on the unit you go with the benefit of this as opposed to just getting a normal OD trans is the fact that you can shut off overdrive and it will be a 350 again. They are great just pricey. Gbody you will definitely have to...

    heat A/C vacuum diagram

I dont have a diagram but I know on my car the white vacuum line that comes out from underneath the heater box is the one that goes to the valve. I am not sure if it is opened or closed with vacuum but if I had to assume I would think the when the valve receives vacuum it is opened. You should...

I brought another car home yesterday...

awesome find! I would put some peppermint oil in the corners of the carpet and a few drips through out the inside. Mice cannot stand that and they will leave. Alot of people use mothballs and they stink and are not that effective.
