Good guys club has a show in Raleigh NC in spring. I would think regional shows would be the best way to go.

Do I sense a poll coming soon?

Yes it would, but in the CENTRAL region, so everyone has the chance to attend.

Are you guys aware of the G-Body cool rides tour taking place in August? All Oldsmobile I guess but it should be a lot of fun!

I tried Carlisle a few years ago (2014&15). It was great to see/meet people, but in reality, only a handful showed up the first year, and parked in their respective classes since I wasn't trying to organize a get-together type of deal. 2nd time, even fewer turned out, it rained and everyone wussed out and/or parked in their classes/other clubs (and I understand why) again. I think 3 cars parked together Sunday morning but that was all. Then they changed it to Chevrolet instead of GM (to try and get GM involved again) and I know they had a big backlash, no idea if its any better/worse than before.

_IF_ enough people would commit to going _AND_ actually doing a "club" event, parking together instead of being spread out all over then I'd consider going back again.

Being into Oldsmobiles, I've always kicked around a BOP-C meet, Buick, Olds, Pontiac -Cadillac but G-Body would fit instead great. About 25 miles east of Pull a Part (where the latest G-body meet was, is Thompson Dragstrip in Thompson, Ohio. They do special meets on Sundays. Plenty of room for Swap Meet, Car Show plus drag racing. Their friendly and will give Web sponsor/host a share of proceeds. Maybe site members could get a discount. You guys could bring the family, lots of attractions nearby. Close for our Canadian friends "as the crow flies" (60 miles across Lake Erie but 300 miles if the crow drivers a car.
Just another option, throwing out ideas.
