That looks like it'll hug the tunnel better. I have the UMI brace and the u joint was hitting it! I made sure everything was in check, but it still hit.

Those round one piece ones tend to be too universal for these cars.that trick chassis one is slick

I almost ordered the umi one last week because they were on sale. I already had the $20 universal one hanging on the wall from another project so I said screw it I'll build my own. It does fit tight to the tunnel and I have plenty of room around the driveshaft.

Are any of you guys using the Flowmaster 15819 tailpipes? I ordered a set to go with my jegs 3” x pipe. I’ve read on hear that the do fit but just double checking.

Got a bunch done this weekend. I installed the TCI fast gate shifter, new battery trey and got the front half of the x pipe mocked up. Also got the driveshaft loop in for good.

I got from the mufflers up done today. I started getting the tailpipes in, they fit but will need some trimming and tweaking to make them how I want them. Overall I’m happy with it so far especially since I have under $300 in to a 3” exhaust.

Got the tailpipes done today. I had to chop them up to make them work but they did work. They dump just behind the rear wheel like it did before.

Thanks! I appreciate it. I’ve learned a lot along the way from the good folks here on the forum. I’m really itching to make some passes this year.
