Here's a list I compiled with the help of others who have done the conversion. HUGE thanks to 1bad79 for his help with pics and many of my questions about this.

They're still in boxes, as I'm a little ways off from installing them, so your results may vary 😏 :

Four Seasons Parts:

Orifice Tube – 38635 *Red* (95 Ford F-150 5.0)

Comp Hose – 56016 (92 Camaro 5.0)

Receiver Drier – 33183 (87 GN *Buy in store to check fitting clocking)

Compressor – 58937 (91 S-10 Blazer w/ 3 oz of R134a oil added)

Pressure Switch – 36674 (87 Cutlass R134a Conversion)

Spectra Premium:

Condenser – 7-4013 (87 Cutlass)

PS Pressure Hose – 358090 (87 Cutlass/442 5.0)

AC Delco:

Idler Pulley - 38006 (91 S10 Blazer 4.3L V6)

Belt Tensioner - 38108 (91 S10 Blazer 4.3L V6)

Water Pump Pulley - 19418445 (91 S10 Blazer 4.3L V6)

Cardone:

Reverse Rotation Water Pump - 58-296 (82 Cutlass 4.3 V-6 Diesel)

Remy:

Alternator – 91324 (91 S10 Blazer 4.3L V6)

Echlin Ignition (NAPA):

SI to CS Alternator Harness Adapter – ECH EC82

Nostalgic AC Parts:

Inline High Side Charge Port – V401 (#6 5/8-18 Threads)
(This part was necessary because the Camaro Compressor Hose doesn't have a High Side Fitting like the G-Body does. This adapter will fit in between the hose and condenser.)

Again, this is just what I'm doing. At this point it's not quite proven, so buyer beware.

That is a dead on balls accurate (It's an industry term) explanation of that. Aftermarket would be the dirty version of OEM. I love it!

Right or wrong, I welded the pan baffle to the Moroso pan. Maybe this keeps it in place.

I grind the tops down to make sure there's no BB's to pop off into the oil.

I repaint with the welding scars untouched.

Did you leave any drainback provision in the baffle to the sump or does it just have to waterfall off back at the end of the baffle?

Dagonit!! Always making me think!

I didn't consider drainback as an issue. I guess I could put a few drain holes further up in the baffle.

Got a Fuel Pump Block Off Plate from Rocket Racing & Performance. Did a small custom touch and bolted it on.
